1. Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Account Restrictions

Each individual may maintain only one (1) account with nnn77. Creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and winnings. You may not allow any other person to access your account or use your account credentials. 3. Deposits & Payments

3.2 Deposit Limits & Processing

3.3 Currency

All transactions on nnn77 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits. If you deposit using a currency other than PHP, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, and any conversion fees will be deducted from your deposit amount.

4. Withdrawals & Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, with most requests completed within 2-12 hours. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, weekends, or Philippine public holidays. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 may require additional identity verification, which can extend processing time by 24-72 hours.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements associated with any bonuses claimed. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever technically feasible. Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine pesos). You may request one withdrawal per 24-hour period unless you hold VIP status, which permits multiple daily withdrawals.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

5.3 Bonus Abuse

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code
• Use of VPNs or proxy servers to disguise your actual location
• Fraudulent or illegal activity of any kind
• Abusive behavior toward other players or nnn77 staff members
• Money laundering or using nnn77 Services for illegal financial transactions

6.2 Game Integrity

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Upon termination, your access to all Services will be revoked, and any remaining account balance may be forfeited if termination resulted from your breach of these terms.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after completion of all pending wagering requirements and verification procedures.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the nnn77 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and the compilation of such content (the "Content"), is the exclusive property of nnn77 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any Content without prior written consent from nnn77.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, nnn77, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, speci al, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

nnn77's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to nnn77 in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or ₱10,000 (ten thousand Philippine pesos), whichever is less.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless nnn77, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (i) your use or misuse of the Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms & Conditions; (iii) your violation of any rights of another party, including other users; or (iv) your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.

12. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to these Terms & Conditions.

12.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.

12.3 Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact nnn77 customer support to attempt to resolve any disputes informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies. You agree to pursue claims individually and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of nnn77 Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and other applicable data protection regulations.

14. Communications

By registering an account with nnn77, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-platform messaging. These communications may include account notifications, promotional offers, security alerts, and updates to our Terms & Conditions or other policies. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your account settings, but you cannot opt out of essential service-related communications.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent. If such modification is not possible, the invalid provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without prior written consent from nnn77. nnn77 may freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms & Conditions to any affiliated entity or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets without your consent.

18. Force Majeure

nnn77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, earthquakes, typhoons, accidents, strikes, fuel or energy shortages, telecommunications failures, or internet service provider failures.
